Official Rainout & Rescheduling Policy 1. Definition of a Rainout A Rainout occurs when a scheduled game is postponed prior to or during play due to weather or field conditions that, in the sole discretion of the League, Umpire‑in‑Chief, or Team Management, render the game unsafe or unplayable. 2. Postponement and Rescheduling If a game is postponed due to weather, the game will be rescheduled to a future date determined by the League and Team Management. The team will publicly announce the new game date through official communication channels, including the team website, social media, and email notifications where applicable. 3. Ticket Validity for the Rescheduled Game All originally issued tickets for the postponed game shall be automatically valid for admission to the rescheduled game. No action is required by the ticket holder. 4. No Refunds All ticket sales are final. The team does not provide refunds for tickets to games that are postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise affected by weather or field conditions. This applies to all ticket types, including single‑game, group, promotional, and season tickets. 5. No Exchanges Tickets for a postponed game may not be exchanged for tickets to any other game, event, or date. Admission is valid only for the rescheduled game corresponding to the original ticket. 6. Partial Games If a game begins but is later suspended due to weather, the game will be resumed at a later date in accordance with League rules. The original ticket grants admission to the resumed game, and the no‑refund and no‑exchange provisions remain in effect. 7. Responsibility for Announcements It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to monitor official team communications for postponement or rescheduling announcements. The team is not liable for a ticket holder’s failure to receive or review such communications. 8. Limitation of Liability By purchasing or using a ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees that the team, its ownership, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any costs, damages, or losses arising from: Postponement or rescheduling of a game Travel or accommodation expenses Inability to attend the rescheduled game Any indirect or consequential damages The ticket holder’s sole remedy is admission to the rescheduled game. 9. Acceptance of Terms Use of any ticket constitutes acceptance of this Rainout & Rescheduling Policy, the Ticket Terms & Conditions, and all applicable League regulations.
